About the role Could you use your clinical expertise to support older adults with complex needs across acute settings? As Frailty Occupational Therapist you will support patients at Noble’s Hospital, delivering specialist assessments and evidence‑based interventions that help maximise independence, support safe discharge and address functional needs across a wide range of conditions. Daily work involves managing a varied caseload, planning effective treatment, utilising clinical reasoning and collaborating closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. You will also contribute to service quality through supervision of junior staff and students, participation in audits, and involvement in service improvement activity.
