This role contains a mix of routine and augmented tasks, such as documentation and backlog management, which are increasingly supported by AI tools like Copilot. However, key responsibilities—such as stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and governance design—require human judgment and interpersonal skills, limiting full automation. The high exposure to AI augmentation tools results in a high AI Occupational Exposure score, but overall automation risk remains medium due to the need for contextual understanding and change management.
