Skills & Experience: Essential: Proven experience in professional, executive or specialist recruitment. Strong sourcing and headhunting capability (LinkedIn, networks, direct search). Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex hiring processes. Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills. High standards of professionalism, discretion and delivery. Desirable: Experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment environments. Exposure to retained search or advisory-led recruitment. Experience managing or mentoring staff. Background in regulated or professional services sectors. Knowledge of AI tools and eagerness to learn more. Personal Attributes: Consultative, credible and confident with senior stakeholders. Detail-driven but commercially minded. Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy. Values long-term relationships over short-term wins.
