Job Description

Day-to-day operational leadership of the restaurant. Recruitment, onboarding, and training of front-of-house staff. Leading service and maintaining standards on the floor. Managing rotas and labour control. Performance management and accountability. Ensuring operational systems and procedures are followed. Managing high-volume service and peak trading periods. Overseeing beverage-led service including cocktails, wine, and premium drinks. Essential requirements - Proven experience in a senior operations or general management role within a high-volume restaurant. Experience managing alcohol-led sales environments. Strong team leadership and recruitment experience. Experience managing labour, GP, and operational controls. Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven environments. Applicants must already be resident in the Isle of Man or UK and have the right to work. We are not recruiting from overseas and will not be issuing new entry visas.
