Most tasks in this role require in-person care, empathy, and physical assistance, which are resistant to automation. Some routine documentation and medication tracking can be augmented by technology, but the core responsibilities remain human-centric. AI exposure is moderate, mainly supporting record-keeping and communication, but substitution is limited.
