Most core tasks, such as personal care, companionship, and supporting clients in the community, require physical presence, empathy, and real-time judgment, making them resistant to full automation. Some administrative and documentation tasks can be augmented by digital tools, but overall, the role remains highly human-centric with only limited exposure to AI substitution.
