Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine (record-keeping, report generation), augmented (AML/KYC checks, compliance monitoring), and human (complex client queries, mentoring) tasks. Task analysis
- Process and review new business applications for Life Assurance products, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new clients.
- Respond to complex customer and intermediary queries regarding new business processes and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Liaise with internal teams (compliance, underwriting, finance) to resolve application issues and progress cases.
- Prepare and submit reports on new business pipeline and outstanding cases to management.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or suspicious activity in new business applications.
- Train and mentor junior team members on new business processes and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory and company standards for Life Assurance products.
