Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine, augmented, and human-centric tasks. While report preparation and some onboarding processes are increasingly automated, core responsibilities such as client relationship management, acting as a director, and team leadership require human judgment and presence. AI tools can meaningfully assist with compliance, documentation, and data analysis, resulting in moderate automation risk and high AI augmentation exposure.
Task analysis
- Manage and administer a portfolio of complex company and trust structures.
- Maintain and strengthen key client and intermediary relationships.
- Act as B level signatory and director on client entities.
- Assist with client onboarding, including due diligence and KYC procedures.
- Liaise with Compliance Department and ensure up-to-date client profiles and risk assessments.
- Supervise, train, and support the administration team, including workload management.
- Participate in periodic reviews and investment monitoring for client entities.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory purposes.
- Respond to client communications in a timely and professional manner.
