Job Description
Automation Risk
This role combines a significant amount of client-facing, judgment-based, and relationship management tasks that resist full automation, with several routine and process-driven activities (e.g., data entry, compliance checks) that are increasingly automatable or AI-augmented. The overall risk is moderate, with GenAI and automation tools able to assist or substitute for many administrative and reporting functions, but not the core human elements of client management and leadership.
Task analysis
- Administer a portfolio of complex trust and company structures, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and build client and intermediary relationships through prompt, high-quality service and regular communication.
- Assist with client onboarding, including due diligence and KYC processes for new and transferring business.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, including acting as director on client entities as required.
- Delegate and monitor workloads within the administration team, providing training and resolving queries.
- Maintain and update client profiles, risk assessments, and outstanding action points in internal systems.
- Liaise with the Compliance Department and complete periodic reviews, reporting findings to committees.
- Complete and input time in the time billing system on a daily basis.
