While some operational and administrative tasks (such as scheduling and inventory management) can be automated or augmented with AI tools, the role relies heavily on human leadership, guest relations, and real-time problem-solving. GenAI and digital platforms can support decision-making and reporting, but the need for in-person management and service delivery keeps full automation risk moderate.
