This is a strategic, leadership-heavy role with a high proportion of human and augmented tasks, such as stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and culture change, which are resistant to automation. However, several tasks (e.g., compliance, financial modeling, portfolio analysis) are increasingly exposed to AI augmentation, raising the AI occupational exposure score. Routine automation risk remains low due to the need for vision, judgment, and executive presence.
