This role is highly strategic, people-focused, and requires advanced judgment, leadership, and influence, resulting in a low automation risk. However, a significant portion of tasks (especially data analysis, reporting, and compliance monitoring) can be meaningfully augmented by AI tools, leading to a moderate-to-high AI exposure score. The most critical tasks—strategy, culture change, and senior stakeholder management—remain resistant to automation.
