Restaurant Manager

Vibe is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to take over the front-of-house leadership and day-to-day running of the business, stepping into a role previously held by the owner-manager. This person will be the main host, representative and driving presence of Vibe on the restaurant floor, ensuring every guest receives a warm, welcoming and memorable experience. This role must be filled by someone who is plant based or vegan themselves, with values aligned to natural wellness, ethical living and people-first hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Leading front-of-house service and hosting guests. Managing reservations, seating plans and daily service flow. Being the face of Vibe and upholding its atmosphere and values. Managing and supporting a small front-of-house team. Stock control, ordering, deliveries and presentation standards. Till operation and full menu knowledge including allergens. Upselling drinks including functional beverages and cocktails. Alcohol service and designated premises supervisor duties. Health & safety, fire safety and security responsibilities. Working closely with the Head Chef on events, specials and planning. About You: Plant based or vegan lifestyle essential. Minimum 3 years’ experience managing or running a restaurant. Passionate about hospitality, hosting and customer care. Organised, confident and comfortable leading from the front. Happy in a hands-on role within a small independent business. Additional Information: Full training and handover provided. Assistance with accommodation initially if relocating. Work permit and visa support available if required. Start within the next couple of months. May suit a 12-month contract or someone relocating to the Isle of Man.
