This role contains a mix of routine tasks (registers, equipment checks) that are highly automatable, and core human tasks (coaching, motivating, adapting to children) that require empathy, judgment, and real-time presence. AI tools can augment planning and communication, but the direct delivery and supervision of sports activities for young people remain resistant to full automation. Overall, the role is moderately exposed to AI augmentation but has a low risk of full automation.
