Job Description
Automation Risk
This role has a moderate automation risk due to a mix of routine documentation and record-keeping tasks, which are highly automatable, and compliance monitoring, which can be augmented by AI tools. Task analysis
- Oversee day-to-day administration of trust and company structures, ensuring all actions comply with relevant regulations.
- Review and process new trust and company applications, including due diligence checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Liaise with clients and third-party stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.
- Monitor ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations and report any breaches.
- Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Support the development and improvement of client service processes.
