Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine, augmented, and human-centric tasks. - Review client files and documentation for adherence to Isle of Man and multi-jurisdictional statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify compliance issues and resolve queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and statutory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation for internal and external review.
- Monitor and track outstanding compliance actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff on compliance procedures and best practices.
- Respond to regulatory audits or information requests, ensuring accurate and timely provision of required materials.
