This role involves a mix of routine tasks (such as documentation and report filing) that are highly automatable, and augmented tasks (like compliance reviews and KYC checks) where AI can assist but human oversight is critical. Human-centric duties, such as stakeholder liaison and staff training, resist automation due to their reliance on judgment, relationship-building, and contextual understanding. Overall, the role is moderately exposed to automation and highly exposed to AI augmentation.
