Job Description

A well-established professional services firm based in Douglas is seeking a HR & Operations Administrator to join its busy team. This is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting day-to-day people processes and administration. Key Responsibilities: Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and leavers. Act as first point of contact for HR queries. Maintain accurate HR records and reports. Support managers with routine employee relations matters. Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance processes. Ensure HR policies and compliance requirements are followed. Requirements: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards). Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration or operational HR. Strong organisational and communication skills.
