Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine and augmented tasks, such as HR record maintenance and report generation, which are highly automatable with modern HRIS and RPA tools. Task analysis
- Manage the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and leaver processing.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff and managers.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular HR reports.
- Support managers with routine employee relations matters (e.g., basic policy interpretation, minor grievances).
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate training and performance review processes.
- Ensure HR policies and compliance requirements are followed and documented.
- Handle confidential employee information and ensure data protection.
