Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine, augmented, and human-centric tasks. Routine bookkeeping and report generation are highly automatable, while compliance, audit, and project management are increasingly AI-augmented. However, client liaison, staff supervision, and business development remain resistant to automation, keeping overall automation risk moderate but AI exposure high.
Task analysis
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff within the practice.
- Liaise with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored advice.
- Ensure compliance with Isle of Man and international accounting regulations.
- Assist with audit planning and execution for client engagements.
