Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine (document filing, record updates), augmented (compliance checks, due diligence), and human-centric (client liaison, complex issue escalation) tasks. While many administrative and compliance processes can be supported or partially automated by AI and workflow tools, the need for judgment, relationship management, and regulatory interpretation keeps full automation risk moderate. However, exposure to AI augmentation is high due to the prevalence of document, data, and compliance work.
Task analysis
- Manage a diverse portfolio of trust and company clients, ensuring all administration is accurate and timely.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies for all client entities.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and regulatory bodies to provide information and resolve queries.
- Prepare, review, and file statutory documents and reports for trusts and companies.
- Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring for anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases with client and entity information.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior management or compliance teams.
- Support onboarding of new clients, including gathering and verifying documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the trust and company administration function.
