Automation Risk
While some administrative and compliance tasks are routine and increasingly supported by automation and AI, the role requires significant human judgment, relationship management, and regulatory interpretation. GenAI tools can augment document preparation, compliance monitoring, and onboarding, but client-facing and mentoring responsibilities remain resistant to automation.
Task analysis
- Manage a diverse portfolio of trust and company clients, ensuring all administrative and statutory requirements are met.
- Prepare and review trust and company documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Respond promptly to client queries and requests, maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks for all administered entities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including lawyers, accountants, and regulators.
- Maintain accurate records and update client files in line with data protection requirements.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including due diligence and KYC checks.
- Support the professional development of junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
