This role features a mix of routine (database management), augmented (grant writing, event planning), and human-centric (relationship building, presentations) tasks. While AI and software can assist with many administrative and writing duties, the core activities of donor engagement and event presence require social intelligence and creativity, limiting full automation. However, GenAI tools can meaningfully augment a significant portion of the workload, especially in drafting, organizing, and analyzing.
