Job Description
Automation Risk
This role involves a high proportion of tasks that require physical presence, empathy, and real-time judgment, making full automation unlikely in the near future. Some routine documentation and housekeeping tasks can be partially automated or augmented by AI tools, but core care duties and safeguarding responsibilities remain human-centric. AI exposure is moderate, as technology can assist but not replace the human element in most tasks.
