Job Description
Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine administrative and compliance tasks, many of which are increasingly supported or replaced by specialized software and AI tools. However, tasks involving direct client communication and coordination with internal teams still require human judgment and interpersonal skills, moderating the overall automation risk. GenAI and workflow automation tools can augment a significant portion of the workload, especially in document handling and compliance checks.
Task analysis
- Assist with day-to-day administration of trusts and companies, including maintaining statutory records and preparing routine documentation.
- Support client onboarding by collecting KYC documentation and performing initial due diligence checks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements for assigned entities.
- Respond to client queries and maintain professional communication via email and phone.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and board packs for client entities.
- Update and maintain client records in line with data protection policies.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., compliance, accounts) to coordinate client service delivery.
