This role involves a significant proportion of human-centric, judgment-based, and in-person tasks such as home visits, risk analysis, and multi-agency collaboration, which resist full automation. However, documentation, information gathering, and reporting can be meaningfully augmented by AI and digital tools, resulting in moderate AI exposure but low overall automation risk.
