Many tasks are routine and could be partially automated with cleaning robots, laundry machines, and digital record-keeping. However, significant aspects require human presence, empathy, and judgment, especially when interacting with residents and maintaining privacy. AI tools can assist with compliance and reporting, but full substitution is limited by the need for real-world interaction.
