Join our Oncology Day Unit as a Senior Healthcare Assistant and play an active part in supporting patients through their cancer treatment. You will work with growing independence after specialist training, taking responsibility for your own caseload while contributing to a calm, compassionate and well organised treatment environment. You will be part of a close and supportive team that values compassion, professionalism and continuous development, with experienced nurses guiding your growth as you supervise Health Care Assistants and contribute to evidence based care.
