Many routine and semi-routine tasks, such as equipment delivery and cleaning, are increasingly automatable with robotics and logistics software, raising the automation risk to a moderate level. However, direct patient interaction, emotional support, and emergency response require human presence and empathy, limiting full automation and providing significant opportunities for AI augmentation rather than substitution.
