Job Description

Comis Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality food across restaurant and event services. Main duties: Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations. Supervise and support kitchen staff. Prepare and present high-quality dishes. Maintain food hygiene, HACCP standards, and stock rotation. Support menu development and event preparation. Requirements: Culinary qualification. Minimum 4 years’ kitchen experience (hotel or quality restaurant preferred). Strong food preparation skills and attention to detail. Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
