Job Description

We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join our team, to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen, taking responsibility for service in his abscence, overseeing prep, cooking, and plating, as well as contributing to menu development, training junior chefs, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
