Health Care Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for 1-2 experienced health care assistants to join our team here at Marathon Court. Day to day duties will includes personal care of our residents, assisting with meals and drinks, maintaining accurate and factual records following care, promoting independence, escorting residents to appointments, assisting them to take part in activities and maintaining their relationships and contact between them and their relatives. You will be required to work a variety of shifts which will include nights at times. (Unless nights are a preferred option). Shifts are 7am - 2pm, 1pm - 8pm. This role is physically demanding but also provides the opportunity to learn and grow and ensure that our residents are provided with a high standard of person-centred care. A full induction programme will be provided upon commencement of employment. You will also be supported to complete your care certificate and QCF Level 3. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role which we will pay for. Part uniform will be provided. For more information about this role please contact us via info@marathoncourt.im.
