Job Description
Automation Risk
While some routine tasks such as record-keeping and housekeeping are susceptible to automation or augmentation by software tools, the majority of care assistant duties require physical presence, empathy, and real-world judgment. AI tools can assist with documentation, monitoring, and communication, but person-centred care remains fundamentally human and resists full automation.
