Job Description
Automation Risk
Most core tasks require direct human presence, empathy, and physical assistance, making full automation unlikely in the near future. However, some routine elements (household tasks, documentation, scheduling) can be augmented or partially automated with current technology. AI exposure is moderate, mainly in administrative and planning aspects, but the essential care and companionship aspects remain human-centric.

- Prepare and serve meals according to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting mental wellbeing and reducing loneliness.
