While some routine administrative and cleaning tasks can be automated or augmented by digital tools, the core of the role—caring for, instructing, and emotionally supporting young children—requires human presence, empathy, and judgment. AI can assist with record-keeping and parent communication, but the high proportion of human-centric tasks keeps overall automation risk low and AI exposure moderate.
