Automation Risk

Automation probabilityi28%
AI exposure (AIOE)i41%

Many tasks in community care require physical presence, empathy, and real-time judgment, making full automation unlikely in the near future. However, several administrative and monitoring tasks can be augmented by AI and digital tools, increasing exposure to technology but not replacing the human element. Routine domestic and scheduling tasks are most susceptible to automation or outsourcing.
