Job Description

Motor Isle is a new motor sport themed restaurant in central Douglas. Looking for a qualified Sous chef to serve in a professional kitchen, managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. To assist the Head Chef with menu development, inventory control, and training, while stepping in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the Isle of Man or UK. We are not recruiting from overseas and will not issue new entry visas. Candidates currently resident in the Isle of Man or UK who hold valid immigration permission may apply. Where applicable, a Certificate of Employment (CoE) can be supported or transferred in line with Isle of Man immigration regulations.
