Nursery Manager

Gloryland Preschool Nursery is looking for a motivated Nursery Manager who will be directly responsibility for the daily operations of our nursery setting, including our staff team and children. The successful candidate must be able to ensure our ethos of Education is woven through all aspects of the nursery. The manager will work alongside the owners in leading the staff team, ensuring the EYFS framework is delivered consistently across all rooms, building strong professional relationships with parents and carers, and support staff supervision, appraisals, CPD and performance management etc. The successful candidate must have 2 years post qualification experience within a nursery setting and much hold a Cache Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
