Accountant

We are seeking a motivated Accountant for a 4-month contract to join a collaborative and supportive accounting team. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements for a diverse portfolio of Trusts and Companies, offering excellent exposure to a professional, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and finalise financial statements in line with UK GAAP. Manage client expectations and respond to queries. Support colleagues with technical issues and ad hoc projects. Build strong relationships with bookkeeping and trust administration teams. Requirements: Experience in preparing/reviewing Trust and Company financial statements (beneficial). Knowledge of statutory requirements and UK GAAP. Working towards or holding ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification. Strong prioritisation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
