Automation Risk

While several routine and research-based tasks can be meaningfully augmented by AI (e.g., legal research, contract review, risk flagging), the core of this role requires expert judgment, stakeholder management, and strategic alignment, which are resistant to full automation. The overall automation risk is low due to the high proportion of human-centric and judgment-based responsibilities, but AI exposure is moderate-high as many tasks can be supported by advanced legal AI tools.
