While some routine and administrative tasks (like inventory management and cost analysis) can be automated or augmented by software, the core responsibilities of team leadership, real-time service management, and quality assurance require human presence, judgment, and creativity. GenAI and digital tools can assist with planning, documentation, and compliance, but the role remains largely resistant to full automation due to its physical, social, and creative demands.
