Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee the Isle of Man operations. This is a senior governance-focused role, acting as the company’s local representative and ensuring smooth, compliant day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the official local representative and key regulatory contact. Liaise with regulators and authorities to ensure full compliance. Oversee local office operations, governance, and reporting. Manage corporate, financial, and regulatory submissions. Coordinate with global headquarters on legal and operational matters. Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and service providers. About You: Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field. 7+ years’ experience in banking, payments, or regulated financial services. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks. Proven experience working with regulators. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
