Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic and hands-on legal support across their gaming and digital operations. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will play a key role in shaping legal strategy, governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice to senior stakeholders and the Board. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements. Lead corporate, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Manage external counsel and oversee legal disputes. Support licensing, audits, and regulatory reviews. Requirements: Qualified lawyer with 7–10 years PQE, including in-house experience in regulated industries (gaming or sportsbook preferred). Strong commercial acumen and proven experience advising executive teams and Boards. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ability to manage complex legal matters independently while supporting business growth.
