Job Description

Our client is seeking Terminal Experience Officers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional assistance to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and hidden disabilities, ensuring their safe, dignified, and seamless journey through the airport terminal. You will be the first point of contact for these passengers, offering professional, compassionate, and respectful support from arrival to departure. Key Requirements Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. Comfortable working in all weather conditions when required. Demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting passengers safely. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer-facing or care-related role is desirable but not essential Must be able to provide full 5-year background check with no gaps longer than 28 consecutive days.
