Job Description
Automation Risk
Many core tasks in compliance, such as monitoring, screening, and report generation, are increasingly supported or replaced by RegTech and AI tools, raising automation risk to a moderate level. However, tasks requiring nuanced communication, judgment, and adaptation to new regulations still require human oversight, keeping the risk below high. The role is highly exposed to AI augmentation, especially for document drafting, risk assessment, and data analysis.
Task analysis
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing of customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and sanctions/PEP screening.
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports to authorities.
- Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
- Perform risk assessments related to AML/CFT and gaming regulations.
- Communicate compliance requirements and findings to internal stakeholders.
- Support the Compliance team during periods of peak workload.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and findings.
