Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive support across multiple sites. This full-time position focuses on Microsoft OS support, Citrix, and Office 365. The successful candidate will possess robust technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Server administration, and a genuine passion for IT support. The role demands flexibility for on-site visits, as well as excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel to other offices as required. With a minimum of three years’ experience in IT support roles, candidates should be well-versed in Office 365 and Intune, while skills in Azure or Hyper-V are highly desirable.
