Job Description
Automation Risk
This role features a mix of routine (data collation, report assembly), augmented (policy drafting, monitoring), and human-centric (stakeholder engagement, advisory) tasks. While AI and automation can streamline reporting and monitoring, the need for contextual judgment, regulatory interpretation, and relationship management keeps full automation risk moderate. However, many tasks are highly exposed to GenAI augmentation, especially in drafting, training, and compliance monitoring.
Task analysis
- Design and update compliance policies, frameworks, and standards of conduct in collaboration with senior management.
- Deliver theme-based compliance training and education programs to staff.
- Undertake compliance monitoring activities, document findings, and obtain management responses.
- Engage with stakeholders and represent compliance as a subject matter specialist at workshops and working parties.
- Provide advice, guidance, and challenge on regulatory and conduct matters across the business.
- Support implementation of new rules, regulations, and legislation within the organization.
- Collate data for compliance reporting packs for executive and board meetings.
- Assist in the compilation of scheduled regulatory submission packs.
- Deliver balanced and measured views and opinions on compliance matters to senior stakeholders.
