Job Description

Our client seeks an Operations and Delivery Manager to join their team for a 6-12 month temporary contract. The Operations and Delivery Manager will manage key operational processes, lead financial workflow execution, and oversee contract and procurement coordination within established frameworks, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives. The role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme execution, ensure compliance with relevant processes, and support the achievement of long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities: Supporting budget tracking, reconciliation and financial reporting, Coordinating procurement activity and maintaining documentation, Tracking contracts, renewals and compliance requirements, Preparing operational updates and briefing material, Supporting delivery tracking across priority programmes (including AI-related initiatives)Liaising with finance, legal and internal teams to resolve issues, Identifying process gaps and helping improve ways of working Key Skills & Experience: Is organised, reliable and detail-focused Is comfortable working across multiple work streams, Can manage financial tracking and administrative processes confidently, Understands (or can quickly adapt to) compliance frame works, Is proactive and willing to get stuck in, Communicates clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.
