This role includes a mix of routine (e.g., SAR submission), augmented (e.g., transaction monitoring, due diligence), and human-centric (e.g., stakeholder advice, framework improvement) tasks. Many aspects can be supported by AI and compliance software, but the need for contextual judgment, influence, and regulatory interpretation keeps full automation risk moderate. AI exposure is relatively high due to the prevalence of data-driven and documentation tasks.
