Automation Risk
This role contains a mix of routine administrative tasks (e.g., records management, scheduling) that are highly automatable, and augmented tasks (e.g., report writing, compliance checks) where AI tools can assist but not fully replace human input. Task analysis
- Support business transformation initiatives by updating and streamlining administrative processes.
- Deliver high standard of service to customers and advisers across offshore and international markets.
- Maintain and update filing, database, and records management systems.
- Compile, proofread, and edit reports and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange appointments, and manage calendars for the team.
- Answer queries from customers, advisers, and internal teams via phone, email, and other channels.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff in onboarding procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on onboarding process metrics to management.
