Job Description
Automation Risk
While some routine aspects of compliance monitoring, reporting, and training can be augmented or partially automated with AI and GRC platforms, the role is dominated by tasks requiring expert judgment, regulatory accountability, and interpersonal influence. The need for direct engagement with regulators, the board, and staff, as well as the responsibility for MLRO duties, keeps overall automation risk moderate. However, the high exposure to AI augmentation in documentation, monitoring, and training drives a relatively high AI occupational exposure score.
