Our client is an independent provider of bespoke private wealth, corporate administration, and yacht services, working with a diverse range of individuals and families worldwide. The successful candidate will report directly to the board of directors, holding overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. This role requires a thorough understanding of the industry and the regulatory frameworks applicable to Trust and Company Service Providers in the relevant jurisdiction. The Compliance function must operate in accordance with the established compliance framework, policies, and procedures. The successful applicant will also be appointed as the Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
